Once the user obtains their Admin permissions, new features becomes available on the Web Portal:
Integrations - Admin rights are necessary for setting up integrations, such as Pipedrive and Google Workspace, as they grant access to API configurations and authorization settings.
User & Team Management – Only admins can add new users, assign phone numbers, and configure group settings. Adding new users requires the Admin to contact PhoneHQ Support.
Call Management – Admins can set call rules, working hours, forwarding settings, and add call queue rules for phone numbers in the system. Call queues management is available only for Admins.
Requesting a new phone number - An Admin can request the addition of a new phone number to the company account. The request may include both public and private phone numbers. Requesting a new number requires the Admin to contact PhoneHQ Support. Before activation, the Support Team will provide details about the number and its related pricing.
Permission Control – While user profiles sync automatically in some integrations, admin permissions must be assigned manually in each system (e.g., Pipedrive & PhoneHQ).
Support Requirement – Certain changes, like enabling call logging or missed call exports, require admin approval and may need PhoneHQ Support intervention.
