Team
It is a complete list of users added to your company’s PhoneHQ account. You need to add a new user to your Team before adding them to a specific Group.
Every user must be a member of your Team, but assigning every team member to a group is not necessary.
Group
It is a chosen part of your Team with access to specific phone numbers and contacts. You can use it for separation of departments, for example you can create a group for your Customer Support Team, Sales Team, Finance etc.
Group management is part of the Admin panel. Admin permissions are required to create groups or modify group parameters.
