This section allows you to view the list of team members and quickly communicate internally.
On the left side of the screen, you'll see the menu. The currently selected tab is "Team", indicated by the people silhouettes icon.
The main part of the screen displays the list of team members presented in tile format.
Each user tile contains the following information:
Profile picture or initials (e.g., HZ, KB, LH).
First and last name.
Email address.
A phone icon that indicates the user's availability status:
Green phone icon: The user is available for internal calls within the application.
Gray phone icon: The user is unavailable.
Orange phone icon: The user is busy - currently on a call.
Go to the "Team" tab: In the left-hand menu, click the people silhouettes icon ("Team").
Browse the team member list: You'll see tiles with information about your colleagues, including their first and last name, email address, and availability status indicated by the phone icon.
Make an internal call: Click the green phone icon next to the user you want to call. This will initiate an internal call within the application. It's a quick way to contact a colleague without needing to dial an external phone number.
Adding new users: New team members can be added in two ways:
Google Workspace Integration:
Go to the integration settings within the application (usually accessible in the left-hand menu under the gear icon).
Enable the Google Workspace integration option.
Once enabled, users from your Google Workspace account will be automatically imported and will appear in the "Team" tab list.
Manually adding users: Users can also be added manually using the "Add user" option available in the application's admin panel (this option's location may vary depending on the application's configuration).
Browse the team: Provides a quick view of your colleagues, including their names, email addresses, and current availability status.
Internal calls: Allows you to make direct voice calls to other team members within the application. This is a convenient and fast solution for internal communication, eliminating the need to use external phone numbers.
Google Workspace Integration: Simplifies adding new users to the application through automatic import from Google Workspace. Once integrated, managing the team becomes easier, especially in larger organizations where employee data is already centralized in the Google ecosystem.
Quick contact: Thanks to the intuitive phone icons, you can instantly check a colleague's availability and initiate a call with them, streamlining information flow and collaboration within the team.
