Problem Description and Context The client reports an issue with a white page appearing after logging into PHQ. The problem started on April 29, 2025, and occurs consistently for all users within the client's organization. According to the client, the system was working correctly before, and no changes were made on their end.

Steps to Reproduce The problem is not reproducible on a test account.
According to the client, the problem occurs after performing the following steps:
Logging into the PHQ system via the address https://app.phq.abccompany.com/dashboard
After successful login, a white page appears instead of the dashboard.
Refreshing the page does not resolve the issue.
The problem occurs on all browsers tested by the client.
