Step-by-Step: How to Report a Call Connection Issue (Mobile App)
Step 1: Go to the My Numbers Section
From the main menu, tap on My numbers to view your list of calls.
Step 2: Select Your Number and the Call
Tap on the number you used for the call (e.g., Numer 1) Then, in the list of recent calls, tap the specific call with the issue (e.g., Outgoing call from 5/28/2025, 8:52 PM).
Step 3: Click on Report Problem
In the call details screen, scroll to the bottom and tap the link:

Step 4: Fill Out the Form
A Connection Problems window will pop up:

Step 5: Submit the Report
