This article explains how to enable the feature for receiving SMS messages on your Polish phone numbers. Once activated, all incoming texts will be automatically forwarded to your email address, ensuring you never miss an important message. This guide is for all users who have a Polish phone number assigned to their account.
Activating this feature requires assistance from our team. Please follow the steps below.
Prepare your information. Before contacting us, please have your account details and the specific Polish phone number(s) for which you want to enable SMS ready.
Contact our Support team. You can reach our support via email, phone, or chat. Let them know you would like to activate the "Incoming SMS to Email" feature for your Polish number.
Wait for confirmation. Our team will process your request and enable the feature on your number. They will notify you as soon as the activation is complete.
Please note: The activation process is the same regardless of whether you are using the desktop application, a web browser, or our mobile apps (iOS/Android), as it must be handled by our Support team.
Email Forwarding: Once an SMS is sent to your activated Polish number, its content will be immediately forwarded to the email address of the user assigned to that number.
Multiple Users: If a single number is assigned to multiple users, each user will receive a copy of the SMS message to their individual email address.
Incoming Only: This feature is strictly for receiving SMS messages. Sending outgoing SMS from your Polish number is not supported at this time.
After our Support team confirms the activation, any incoming SMS to your designated Polish number will be automatically delivered to your email inbox. This allows you to read and archive important messages conveniently alongside your other communications.
1. Can I send SMS messages from my Polish number using this feature? No, the feature is limited to receiving SMS messages only. Sending outgoing SMS is not currently supported.
2. What happens if more than one user is assigned to the same Polish number? If a number is assigned to multiple users, each user will receive the SMS content in a separate email to their registered email address.
3. Can I enable this feature myself in the account settings? No, this feature cannot be enabled directly by the user. You must contact our Support team to have it activated for your number.
4. Is this feature available for numbers from countries other than Poland? Currently, the SMS-to-email feature is exclusively available for Polish phone numbers.
5. How quickly will I receive the email after an SMS is sent to my number? The email forwarding is almost instantaneous. You should see the message in your inbox within a few moments after it is received by your number.
