I have a few numbers added to my PhoneHQ account. How to choose which one to use? (Web Portal)

If multiple phone numbers are added to your caller profile, you can choose which one to use for each call.

Using a caller number registered in the same country as the called number may significantly reduce costs!

Please, follow the instructions below to choose a number to be used for a call.

1. Log in to the Web Portal.

2. (optional) You can check all your numbers and their registered countries in "Phone numbers" panel on the left side menu.

3. Navigate to the dialer panel, located on the right side of the screen.

4. Click on the “Call as” bar to view the list of numbers available to you.

5. Chose a number from the list by clicking on it.

6. This selected number will be used for your calls until you choose another.
