Calls made with Pipedrive contacts in PhoneHQ are exported to Pipedrive if the following requirements are met:
The contact exists in Pipedrive – Only calls with contacts that already exist in Pipedrive will be migrated. Calls with other contacts (created directly in PhoneHQ) or with unknown numbers will not be exported.
The contact has been migrated to PhoneHQ - if for any reason the contact was not migrated (e.g. because of the incorrect number format) the call won’t be migrated as well.
The call is made by an integrated user – If a contact is added in PhoneHQ and shared with users who don’t have a Pipedrive profile, their calls will remain in PhoneHQ and won’t be migrated to Pipedrive.
The call is answered or missed – Answered calls are migrated to Pipedrive by default. Missed calls (outgoing and incoming) can be exported depending on your preferences.
Only calls that meet all of these requirements will be migrated. If a call misses any requirement, it will not be exported.
To change call exporting settings, check the Pipedrive integration settings panel.
Calls are exported to Pipedrive and added to contact history. If a conversation with your client is related to a lead or event, you must assign it manually in Pipedrive.
Automations do not support this process since multiple leads or events may be linked to the same contact. PhoneHQ only tracks contacts and phone calls and does not interfere with your sales processes or business activities.
Call recording depends on phone number settings. For each number used in PhoneHQ, call recording can be turned ON or OFF.
If call recording is enabled, PhoneHQ will send a link to the recording along with the call log to Pipedrive. Calls are stored in PhoneHQ systems indefinitely.
