Forwarding is possible for both, PhoneHQ and external numbers. This feature is a part of the phone number management section, accessible in the number details tab, under the “Call rules” section. You can set up a call forwarding. This feature can be set up for calls within your working hours, as well as for those incoming when you don't work.
Follow the instruction to set up a call forwarding:
Go to the “Phone Numbers” section on the left-side menu.
Click on the phone number for which you want to set up a calls forwarding.
Click the “Call Rules” button on the top bar.
Click “Forward Call” in the left column (during working hours) or the right column (after working hours).
Enter the phone number you want incoming calls to be forwarded to. Ensure you select the correct country flag or type the number with the country prefix (e.g., +1 for the US, +44 for the UK).
Once call forwarding is set, click the “Done” button at the bottom of the page to save the new settings.
