Forwarding is possible for both, PhoneHQ and external numbers. This feature is a part of the phone number management section, accessible in the number details tab, under the “Call rules” section. You can set up a call forwarding. This feature can be set up for calls within your working hours, as well as for those incoming when you don't work.
Follow the instruction to set up a call forwarding:
Go to “Settings”, accessible via the first icon from the right on the bottom menu bar.
Tap on “Phone numbers”.

Tap on the number you want to set up call forwarding for.
Tap the “Call rules” button on the top bar.
Choose when the calls should be forwarded:
What happens when you work? (within working hours)
What happens when you don’t work? (outside working hours).


Tap the “Forward call” option.


Choose prefix/country of the number you want to forward calls to by tapping the flag and selecting from the list.


Enter the phone number you want incoming calls to be forwarded to. Ensure you select the correct country flag or type the number with the country prefix (e.g., +1 for the US, +44 for the UK).
Once the number is entered, tap the “Update Settings” button below the phone number to save the changes.
